By accessing or using Trash Sommelier (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adventra Digital.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Use of the Service by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Trash Sommelier is a satirical entertainment product.

The Service is intentionally provocative, judgmental, rude, and offensive by design. Its purpose is to generate harsh satire and unfiltered criticism as entertainment.

Certain features require payment processed exclusively through Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds are issued solely at Adventra Digital’s discretion and only in cases of verified technical failure preventing access to paid features.
The Service may generate absurd, nonsensical, or deliberately inappropriate suggestions as part of its satirical nature. Such outputs are fictional and must never be interpreted as real-world instructions, recommendations, or advice. Users are solely responsible for exercising common sense and judgment outside the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adventra Digital and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, reputational harm, loss of data, or psychological impact arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adventra Digital from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions against Adventra Digital.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of São Paulo, Brazil. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
Adventra Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
