Trash Sommelier (“the Service”) is an entertainment product operated by Adventra Digital, designed to generate satirical, ironic, judgmental, and intentionally provocative content using artificial intelligence. Our infrastructure is powered by Replit and Google Firebase. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you access or use the Service.

2. Data We Collect

We aim to collect only the minimum amount of data necessary to provide the Service. We do not require you to create an account or provide official identification.

2.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily

• Images: Any photos you upload for analysis by the AI.
• Text Inputs: Any context, questions, or comments you provide alongside your images.
• Access Credentials: Generic access codes (e.g., “Master Password”) used to unlock features, which are not linked to your personal identity.
• Communications: Any information you provide when contacting us via email at contact@trashsommelier.app.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

When you access the Service, our hosting and backend providers (Replit and Google Firebase) may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP Address and Device Identifiers: Used for security, anti-abuse, fraud prevention, and localization purposes.
• Browser and Device Information: To ensure compatibility, stability, and performance.
• Usage Logs: Basic interaction data necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Service.

3. Payments and Financial Data (Stripe)

All financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe. Adventra Digital does NOT store, access, or process your credit card, bank account, or other sensitive billing information on its servers. Stripe acts as the authorized payment processor. We receive only a confirmation of payment necessary to enable or maintain access to paid features.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Generate AI-driven satirical content based on your uploads.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and content quality.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
• Respond to inquiries and provide user support.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• AI Subprocessors: Uploaded images and text are transmitted to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI) via secure APIs for content generation. Adventra Digital does not control and is not responsible for the internal data retention or processing policies of these third-party providers.
• Service Providers: With infrastructure and security partners such as Google Firebase and Replit, strictly for service operation and protection.
• Legal Obligations: When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Adventra Digital, its users, or others.

6. Third-Party Privacy and Fair Use

You are the primary data controller for any images you upload. By using the Service, you agree not to upload images of third parties without their explicit consent. The Service operates under Fair Use principles for commentary, criticism, and satire. You assume full legal responsibility for any privacy violations, intellectual property claims, or legal disputes related to third-party content included in your uploads.

7. Prohibited Content

You are strictly prohibited from uploading:

• Images of minors (individuals under 18 years of age).
• Sensitive personal health data or biometric information.
• Government-issued identification documents (passports, IDs, licenses).
• Sexually explicit, abusive, or illegal material.

8. Data Retention and Security

We rely on industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase and Replit. Uploaded images are processed and typically discarded or temporarily cached for a limited period necessary to operate the Service, generally no longer than required for processing and short-term performance optimization. Browser Local Storage may be used to remember access status; clearing your browser cache will remove this data from your device.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR or LGPD), you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of your personal data. As the Service does not use user accounts, data is primarily associated with device or network identifiers. Requests may be submitted to contact@trashsommelier.app.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Affiliate Tracking and Third-Party Technologies

This website may use affiliate tracking technologies, including cookies, pixels, or similar tools, to track referrals to third-party platforms.

Third-party partners, including Amazon, may collect information directly from users’ browsers in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Trash Sommelier does not control how third parties collect, store, or process such data.
